Our technologies are proprietary, patent pending, and are based on the military intelligence model where automated machine intelligence-based systems are employed to data mine chaotic Internet content and fuse the results into finely crafted finished intelligence reports for clients.
One area is trend analysis over time, based on opinion and sentiment
found on the Internet. Opinion and sentiment can be collected on almost
anything - - - political candidates and their campaigns, issues, brand
and company reputation, tracking the ROI of an ad or marketing campaign,
absolute buzz, mind share, brand valuation and return on brand equity,
emerging technologies, movies, music, television show popularity, and
the list goes on.
Several of our tools employ linguistic processing to detect words, phrases, expressions, jargon, adjectives and adverbs, other components of language, the absence of words and phrases, as well as ethnic, gender, age, political orientation, and many other parameters, or complex context dependent combinations used in data mining search queries.

Demography is critical so we offer the capability
to generate queries targeting media in virtually any language or nation.
Thus, we are not limited to the Roman character set; we can target, for
example, sentiment and mind share metrics, from Korean media located in
Japan, about Lenovo, Dell, and HP computers; or what the mind share is
for Mexican Presidential candidates by gender, ethnic group, and age among
other parameters. Other examples of analyses include mind share for various
companies and brands among various nations and languages; like Coke and
Pepsi - - - and what is the likelihood of switching brands; an indicator
used in allocation of advertising resources.

Another area is affinity or link analysis. That’s where we perform
an interesting kind of analysis where clients use the results in countless
ways. Our tools graphically plot your relationship or context with others
on the Internet. You know whom you are linked to; however, most do not
know who is linked to them and why. The context maps can go to various
levels and have wide application for National Security and Homeland Defense
clients as well as large corporate clients whose competitors are monitoring
their information.
Special artificial neuron-based algorithms search for “dog whistles”
embedded deep within political or advocacy sites - - - words, phrases,
and expressions with very strong sentiment to certain powerful groups,
while not ever being decoded by the vast majority of people - - - yet
they are critical indicators.
